Virtual Veterinary Health Care Service
Our Virtual Veterinary Health Care Service uses a proprietary veterinary technology platform that allows us to conduct veterinary health care online. Through video conferencing with a veterinarian, we can assess and may even be able to diagnose and prescribe treatments virtually. This allows you and your pet to remain safe, secure and comfortable in your home while ensuring that your pet continues to receive excellent care.

How Does It Work?
Booking an Appointment
Using our Virtual Veterinary Health Care Service is very similar to booking an in-clinic appointment (and in some ways easier!). You can either:
- Call the clinic and book an appointment as usual. Just as with an in-clinic appointment, our team will find a date and time that works well for you, or
- Go onto to our dedicated Virtual Veterinary Health Care Service website (link above) and book an appointment directly through the interactive calendar. It’s quick and easy!
- Either way, you will be asked to fill in a quick online form prior to your appointment to provide our health care team with information about the nature of your pet’s appointment. You can even upload helpful photos and videos!
Your Appointment
When it’s time for your appointment, ensure you are at a computer with a camera and microphone, and click on the link emailed to you at the time of your appointment. You will be connected with your veterinarian quickly. There is nothing to download – our virtual appointments are completely online. It’s that easy – at the end of your appointment, your veterinarian will make recommendations and plans just as with an in-clinic appointment.
What If My Pet Needs To Be Seen In Clinic?
If your veterinarian decides that your pet needs to be seen in clinic (e.g. for further diagnostics, such as bloodwork), they will ask you to set up an in-clinic appointment as a follow-up to your virtual appointment. Don’t worry: The in-clinic portion of the appointment is included as part of the virtual appointment and there is no additional appointment fee for the in-clinic appointment.
Terms and Conditions
As with all things, the lawyers need to have their say in our Virtual Veterinary Health Care Service (Telehealth) Terms and Conditions.
