One of our clients wanted to share her memory of her cat Maggie…
To the ladies at Lakeview:
This is just a note to thank you all for the thoughtful card you sent us regarding the loss of our dear Maggie. Not a day goes by without a few tears still being shed, she was a very special member of our family and we miss her a great deal. But we take comfort knowing that without our love and care this little stray taken in from a wood pile in Toronto would have most likely never known 14 years of love and being totally spoiled in our home. She was an angel for us at the time as we had just lost our dear Kato Kitty two weeks before she showed up.
Thank you for your care and patience with all of us including Maggie. You were the only vets office she knew and didn’t always love but was very happy to return home from. I know it must be hard for you being animal lovers to see them come and go over the years. But your rewards must come from the smiles and joy each time an animal is rescued or cured and in the grateful appreciation of your patients and their families.
This house is very empty without Maggie but as soon as our hearts are up to it we plan on adopting another kitty or maybe two for there is no greater love on this earth in my opinion than that love given to us by our fur babies.
